Pricing depends on three things: the engagement model you choose, the seniority of the team members involved, and the scope of the work.

For Fixed Scope projects, we estimate the hours required based on a detailed requirements document and give you a fixed price upfront. For Dedicated Team and Time & Materials engagements, you pay for actual time worked — tracked transparently and reported monthly.

We don't give ballpark estimates off a 15-minute call. We scope properly first so the number we give you is one we can stand behind.

For Fixed Scope projects: no. The price we agree on is the price you pay, assuming the scope doesn't change.

Outside of development costs, you may incur third-party expenses — cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), software licenses, or API subscriptions. These are your accounts, your costs, and your ownership — we never mark them up or run them through our billing.

If something will cost extra, we tell you before it does.

For Staff Augmentation, the minimum is one senior engineer for one month.

For Fixed Scope projects, we take on projects from $10,000 upward — smaller than that, the overhead of scoping and contracting outweighs the value for both sides.

For Discovery & Consulting, engagements start from $2,500 for a one-time audit.

If your project is smaller than these thresholds, we'll tell you upfront and can point you toward a better fit.

Fixed Scope projects are billed in milestones — typically 30-40% upfront, with the remainder tied to defined delivery points.

Dedicated Team and Time & Materials engagements are billed monthly. You receive a time report with the invoice so you can see exactly what was worked on.

We accept bank transfers and major payment platforms. Payment terms are net-15 from invoice date.

Senior engineers in Eastern Europe charge $40-$80/hour on average. The equivalent in the US or Western Europe runs $120-$200/hour. The difference isn't in skill level — it's in cost of living and local market rates.

What you're not giving up: technical depth, English proficiency, timezone overlap with Europe, and familiarity with Western product standards and development practices.

What you should still evaluate: communication clarity, process maturity, and whether the team has shipped products similar to yours. Rate alone doesn't tell you whether a team will deliver.

For Dedicated Team engagements, we have a 30-day notice period for scaling down or ending the engagement — no lock-in beyond that.

If a specific team member isn't working out, we'll replace them. This happens occasionally and it's handled directly — no bureaucracy, no lengthy process.

We'd rather lose an engagement than keep a client on a team that isn't performing.
